Public budget & revenue transparency

Public finance dashboard

Where your public dollars go.

A budget is the public's financial map — the adopted plan for how a community raises and spends public money. This dashboard puts that plan in plain language for residents: what was budgeted, fund by fund and department by department, and where the revenue comes from.

It mirrors the community's adopted annual budget — the same funds and account numbers, in the same order — and keeps up to four fiscal years of budgets, actuals, and monthly revenue, so residents can follow the trend, not just the snapshot.

This year's budget in summary

A snapshot of the current fiscal year across all departments shown here.

Figures on this dashboard are unaudited until the annual audit is complete.

Totals are adopted appropriations grouped by fund. The General Fund is the main operating fund; the other groups are restricted money, each shown under its own fund below. See the About & Methodology note for sources.

Budget by fund

The budget, fund by fund

Accounts are grouped by fund and listed in the same order — with the same fund and department numbers — as the adopted annual budget, so you can follow along account by account. For operating departments, each card also shows spending against the adopted budget.

About & methodology

About this dashboard

This dashboard is a public window into the community's finances. The goal is transparency: making budget and revenue information easier for residents to find and understand.

Disclaimer. This dashboard is intended to provide a high-level public summary of selected municipal budget and revenue information. Figures on this dashboard are unaudited until the annual audit is complete. Official adopted budgets, audits, and financial statements remain the authoritative records of the municipality.

01 — WHERE THE NUMBERS COME FROM

Straight from the adopted budgets

Adopted amounts come from each year's adopted annual budget. Spending to date is reported by Finance staff, and when a fiscal year closes, its actuals become part of the history shown here — the open year plus up to three closed years.

02 — HOW TO READ IT

Follow along by fund & account

Accounts are grouped by fund and carry the same fund/department numbers and the same order as the budget document. "Remaining" and percent used are calculated automatically.

03 — WHAT THIS IS (AND ISN'T)

A summary, not the ledger

This is a high-level summary for the public. For official figures, audited financial statements, and the full adopted budget, please contact the Finance Department or visit the official website.

Fund totals shown by group are not simply additive into a single net figure, because some funds include transfers between funds.
